WC Val di Sole - part II

Last week, I was working on a present and then I found few cool photos I made at the WC round here in Italy, Val di Sole.

I'm happy to share them with you, once again :)

Lights, fog and clouds

Piani d'Erna is a small village on the mountain over Lecco.

My girlfriend's grandpa has a small house here and sometimes we go there for some days of pure relax. Near Halloween, I know it was some days ago, we went there for 3 days.

(Un)luckily the weather wasn't of the best: fog, clouds and cold but I took some shots anyway :)

Mendrisio pump track

Last saturday afternoon I went to Mendrisio, Switzerland, to shoot some photos with my friend.

It was Franz, Die, Mario and of course me.

This was the first time we had been there but this spot was pretty awesome so we'll go back soon!
We didn't have much time to ride, because of the trafic we found on the way to Como, but the sun went down pretty late.

Unfortunately I had problems with my new lens, a Sigma 24-70 f2.8 :( its autofocus is not working fast enought. Sad. Luckly I also had with me the 70-200 that works a little bit better on this aspect =)

I really can't wait to go there again! It's simply a pump track really well done by Claudio Caluori and his crew of Velosolution.ch. It's located in the middle of the village, next to the school. Near the track, there are also some cool street spots for bmx!

The track is free and open to everyone that wants to try to pump his bike, so you can also see families or young guys riding!! The only things you have to do are pay attention, wear your helmet and have a lot of fun :D

World Cup finals - Val di Sole

Here we are with the world cup finals gallery!!!

I was in VdS from friday and it was so funny. I found the same weather that was in Pila, and quite the same people :)

I can't wait for the next year!!!
